Consulting





Each consulting service has its own set of factors that should be addressed before choosing which is best for your affordable housing compliance needs.



General consulting (virtual) would incur a $100 per hour fee. The client would also be responsible for any travel expenses incurred by the consultant during this visit.



On-site training is a hands-on experience in file audits and operations training. The cost for this is typically $800 per day, per compliance officer plus travel expenses for the consultant(s).



On-site asset analysis is a physical property maintenance inspection with digital pictures and report. This service is $600 per property plus travel expenses for the consultant.



Virtual File Review-$25 per file with report.



Virtual Compliance



Virtual File reviews are performed electronically. The compliance officer will review the move-in and most recent certification. A findings report will be provided that will include advice on getting files back into compliance. They can also review outstanding corrections and issue a final property status report. This service is $30 per file for first year files and $25 per file for years 2 through 30.

Virtual Voucher Specialist



Our VVS handles the successful transmission of HUD and RD vouchers for $3 per unit per month. This pricing is based on the total number of units in the contract for each one.
